Insurance Information:

I am In-Network with BCBS, Health Partners, 1st Health/Aetna, Optum and PreferredOne.

For those who have insurance that I am not In-Network with, but include Out-Of Network benefits or a PPO health plan, your company may reimburse a portion of the fees. You can contact your healthcare provider to inquire about reimbursement for services provided by an "out-of-network Licensed Therapist.” I can provide you with a monthly statement (SuperBill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

To determine your coverage, consider asking the following questions when you call your insurance provider:

  • What are my mental health benefits? Is there a deductible to meet?
  • What percentage of each therapy session is covered?
  • How many therapy sessions are covered per year?
  • How much does my insurance pay for services from an out-of-network provider?

If insurance coverage and fees are a key concern for you, please reach out to me for a consultation to address any questions you have in more detail.
